We're pleased to welcome Chapter Lewisham to our halls portfolio in September 2020. The hall is located in Lewisham, South London, and is close to Greenwich and London Bridge. The hall has many special facilities for students including a private gym, study area, TV and games room, and outdoor terrace. It's also nearby transport links to Camberwell College of Arts and London College of Communication.

Our common rooms and dedicated work zones remain open. This means you can book a time-slot to use the spaces as an individual, or with your household bubble.

Standard tenancies at Chapter Lewisham are either 43 or 51 weeks. The following prices refer to the new academic year beginning in September 2021. Bedrooms comprise of 3-bed apartments, 5-bed apartments and studios. The price of each room type differs depending on size, the floor level and view.

Gardens House is a brand new development opened for the 2017/18 academic year, exclusively for UAL students and is less than a minute’s walk from Camberwell College of Arts.
Set in the heart of Camberwell, Portland House is made up of four 18th century Grade II listed buildings that have recently been refurbished.
