Get creative and meet our support teams for University Mental Health Day on 13 March.
While university is an amazing experience, full of incredible moments and opportunities, we know that it can sometimes feel challenging. You are not alone in this feeling. Our support teams and community are here to support you with your wellbeing.
University Mental Health Day events:
Find drop-ins and workshops online and at various UAL sites, to celebrate University Mental Health Day. Themes range from creating a stress ball, to drawing how you feel, and mindful walking.
Join us and experience the power of creativity and connection in supporting your mental health!
Creative outlets:
- Finding your feet: Making a stress ball, 17 March, 1.15 – 1.45pm, Lime Grove.
- Film screening of The Outrun, 18 March, 6pm – 8.30pm, LCC.
Overcoming wellbeing challenges:
- UAL Bereavement group, Thursday 24 April, Thursday 1 May, Thursday 8 May, Thursday 15 May, Thursday 22 May, High Holborn.

- Get free and confidential professional support from the Counselling, Health Advice and Chaplaincy services. Book an appointment via our online request form or attend a mental health advice drop-in (on-site or online).
- Find out how to get urgent mental health support.
- Download Togetherall, a free online mental health app, for 24-hour support.
- Find Quiet Spaces on-site for wellbeing and multi-faith purposes.
