Thinking about living in UAL accommodation? Visit Sketch House on a guided tour with the UAL Accommodation team and a current student, alongside the Undergraduate Open Day at Central Saint Martins.

Please note: this hall tour is a separate booking from your College Open Day.

Tour details
Date: Friday 16 October 2026
Times: First tour at 1pm, last tour at 4:30pm
Duration: Around 30 minutes, including time for questions
Meeting point: Sketch House reception, 36 Clifton Terrace, Finsbury Park, London, N4 3TD. Please plan your journey if you are travelling from CSM Open Day or another College. (Journey planning details below)
Group size: Up to 20 people per tour (split into two groups of approximately 10)
Booking: Up to 2 tickets, one student and one guest

Before you arrive
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your tour. On arrival, please have ready:

• Photo ID, such as a passport, driving licence or student ID card (prospective students)
• Your UAL student ID card (current students)
• Your Hall Tour booking confirmation from Eventbrite

Attending the Central Saint Martins (CSM) Undergraduate Open Day? Keep your wristband on. You'll need it to enter Sketch House and to get back into CSM.

What to expect
The tour includes:

• Common areas and shared spaces
• A chance to meet a current UAL student
• Time to ask questions about living in halls
• An opportunity to speak to the UAL Accommodation team

A room viewing is not guaranteed, as this depends on availability and permission from current residents. We'll confirm at the start of the tour whether a room is available to view.

Who can attend?
Tours are open to prospective and current UAL students, Parents and Guardians.

Guests
Each booking includes one student and one guest. Additional guests are welcome to wait in the reception area.

Getting to Sketch House
From Central Saint Martins:

• It's about a 20-minute journey. Walk 10 minutes to King's Cross station, take the Victoria line to Finsbury Park (about 5 minutes), then it's a 5-minute walk to Sketch House. Finsbury Park is also served by the Piccadilly line and National Rail.

Accessibility

The tour route at Sketch House is step-free. Accessible toilets are available for visitors and are located on the ground floor, next to the recreation room. The accessible ground floor toilet is kept locked and opens upon request, so please ask a member of staff to open it when needed.

Can I bring a dog?
Pets cannot join the tour. Registered assistance dogs are welcome. Please let us know when you book so we can support your visit.

Can't attend?
Please cancel your Eventbrite ticket as soon as possible so that another student can book a space.
