PhD Festival 2026: Exhibition Opening Celebration

Join us to celebrate the opening of the PhD Festival 2026, and meet the exhibiting doctoral researchers, at this evening reception at Chelsea College of Arts.

To register your interest in attending please reserve a spot.

The PhD Festival Exhibition brings together work by doctoral researchers from Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts. Each researcher is at a different stage of their enquiry and is developing their work through art, design or performance.

This is an opportunity to encounter research as it takes form. Ideas become material. Questions are tested through making. Works invite us to look again at subjects that matter to the researchers and the worlds they are exploring.

The exhibition reflects the depth and range of creative research within Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts. It offers a glimpse into research in motion and shows how our doctoral researchers are using creative practice to develop new ways of thinking and making.

Exhibition runs : 28 October - 5 November 2026, times TBC
Triangle Space, Chelsea College of Arts, 16 John Islip Street, SW1P 4JU

Part of PhD Festival 2026, the second annual festival of doctoral research across Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts.
