How to build momentum and reach your goals

  • Date
  • Time
Set goals that align with your values, and build a plan to make them happen.

This event is only available to UAL current students, graduates and alumni.

Starting a new academic year is the perfect moment to get intentional about where you're headed. This workshop will help you move beyond vague New Year's-style resolutions and towards a grounded, personal plan for your professional development. We'll explore how to set goals that actually reflect what matters to you, break them down into manageable actions, and build the habits that keep you moving forward, even when motivation dips. You'll leave with a practical framework you can return to throughout the year.

In this session, you will:

  • Learn how to set clear, achievable goals that align with your values and interests
  • Break down big goals into concrete, manageable actions and tasks
  • Explore how to build habits that support consistent progress
  • Create a personal development plan to take away and put into action

This session is perfect for any students and graduates interested in getting clarity on their next steps, building sustainable habits, and taking a values-led approach to their professional development.
