Kick-start your creative future

Come along to University of the Arts London’s Careers and Employability Fair to discover work opportunities, career support and professional insights from creative employers and industry experts.

Hosted by UAL’s Careers and Employability, the fair will allow you to meet and engage with exciting active employers, hear about how companies recruit and find out what opportunities are out there to support you.

Roles on offer at the fair will include part-time, full-time, seasonal, temporary and graduate-level opportunities within creative or cultural organisations and brands, as well as paid non-creative part-time work designed to help students support themselves financially and alongside their creative practice.

What’s on offer:

  • Visit the Job Fair and meet employers directly to find out about current jobs, future opportunities, and to share your CV.
  • Meet organisations and discover services that support creative careers
  • Drop in to get your CV or portfolio checked and reviewed by our team during one-to-ones advice sessions.

One-to-one advice sessions:

  • These sessions will take place in the Platform Bar (ground floor, far end of The Street) from 12.00pm to 3.30pm.
  • Slots are limited and are first come, first serve. They can only be booked on the day at the reception desk in the Platform Bar.
  • Slots will be released at the following times: 11.45am, 12.45pm, 1.45pm, and 2.45pm.
  • Please bring your CV or portfolio either as a printed copy or in a digital format on a laptop or tablet. We are unable to accept CVs or portfolios displayed on mobile phones.

Access and Inclusion

Quiet Time at the Fair - 11.30am-12.15pm

We will have a quieter period at the start of the Fair, exclusive to neurodivergent, introverted, or shy people who might prefer a less lively and noisy environment.

Employers will be present for the full duration of the day so there should be no advantage to arriving at the fair earlier vs later.

Tickets for this time are therefore limited to reduce numbers. Please only book these tickets if needed. If you have booked this timeslot by accident, please cancel your ticket or email careersevents@arts.ac.uk.

Please note that the location of the Fair is in an open space where numbers and entrance can not be fully restricted, so we trust people will attend at their booking time only.

If there are any barriers to your participation in this event or you have access requirements you wish to discuss, please contact careersevents@arts.ac.uk in advance, and we'll be happy to talk with you.If you have booked this timeslot by accident, please cancel your ticket or email careersevents@arts.ac.uk.
