Cathy is the senior operations manager and professional services leader within the Institute and is a member of the Management Team.
Cathy manages and leads a team that supports CCI business operations including; quality procedures and processes, student marketing and recruitment, academic and business planning (including student registration) and local staffing administration and development.
Cathy has worked at several HEIs including Goldsmiths and Royal College of Art as well as NGOs such as Greenpeace. She is a graduate from London College of Communication (Surface Design) and continues artistic endeavours including textile and graphic design. Clients have included the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, Goldsmiths and Zara.
