International recruitment representatives

As an official recruitment representative for UAL, if you are making your own promotional materials for any events which feature UAL, such as social media posts, digital or physical media, you should:

  • Always use your own brand identity (visual and verbal), not UAL's font, colour palette, tone of voice, etc.
  • If using UAL trade marks, refer to the below guidance.
  • If using pre-approved UAL imagery from the UAL Brand Asset Library, always follow crediting guidance.

It's important to use our trade marks in the following way to show the official relationship with UAL:

  • Only use the registered UAL trade marks outlined in your contract with UAL.
  • Don't use any other UAL trade mark, brandmark or graphic elements unique to the UAL brand (e.g. UAL Showcase).
  • Only use supplied versions of the trade mark that includes the descriptor 'Recruitment representative' or 'Country manager', depending on the title agreed in your contract, in combination with your own trade mark.
  • From the supplied trade marks, use the UAL trade mark, unless the material is specific to 1 of our Colleges then use the specific College trade mark (e.g. London College of Communication).
  • If you don't have your own trade mark, then please only use promotional materials that have been created and approved by UAL.

To make the relationship between UAL and the representative clear:

  • The UAL trade marks must always be used alongside the representative's own trade mark.
  • Don't lead with the UAL trade mark, it should only ever be used at the bottom of the materials.
  • Representative trade marks can be positioned in relation to their own brand guidelines (example above).

Representatives must use the official names when referring to UAL and our Colleges. These are:

  • University of the Arts London.
  • Camberwell College of Arts.
  • Chelsea College of Arts.
  • Central Saint Martins.
  • London College of Communication.
  • London College of Fashion.
  • Wimbledon College of Arts.
  • UAL Creative Computing Institute.
  • UAL School of Pre-degree Studies.
