Welcome: Connections that count - Networking for creative professionals

This event is for UAL students only, a UAL ID card will be needed to enter the site and attend.

Networking can feel challenging, but it is one of the most valuable career development skills for creative professionals. This engaging workshop will explore how to build authentic professional relationships, approach industry contacts and make the most of events, social media and alumni networks.

Students will learn practical techniques for introducing themselves, starting conversations and following up effectively after meeting new contacts. Through interactive activities and peer discussions, participants will practise networking in a supportive environment.
