Discover how DPS gives you an extra year to gain real-world experience, explore your future and develop your creative practice.

This event is for UAL students only, a valid UAL ID card will be needed to enter the site and attend.


DPS gives you the flexibility to build a year around your interests and ambitions through industry placements, live projects, freelance and entrepreneurial work, international opportunities and other forms of professional development. In this introductory session, you'll discover how DPS works and hear examples of the different experiences LCC students have undertaken.

You'll meet members of the DPS team and learn about the support available to help you identify and develop opportunities. We'll also invite you to start thinking about the industries, organisations, places and ways of working you might want to explore. Whether you already have a career direction in mind or are still figuring out what's possible, DPS can give you the time and space to experiment, build experience and shape your professional future.
