Innovations in Publishing Symposium

We welcome interested academics, students and industry experts to join this free event exploring current innovations in publishing.

The online symposium hosted by the Innovations in Publishing Research Hub returns for the 6th time to explore current innovations in publishing. As last year, the symposium will present a variety of research exploring new approaches to publishing and current developments and opportunities for change in various segments of the publishing landscape. Topics include the impact of AI on the publishing industry in Europe, the construction of authorship, an overview of the platformised webnovel industry, the use of programming for print making, the graphic in translation and translation dynamics of globally successful fiction.

We are also once again providing the opportunity for shorter talks from PhD students researching innovations in publishing.

We welcome you to join this free event. Open to all interested academics and students.
