Drop-in advice for students in LCC’s Information Centre for 2025/26

Starting from 22 September through to 12 December, LCC students can meet a range of teams in-person at the Information Centre.

Staff members from across LCC will be available throughout the term to help with student queries, offer advice and talk about the wide range of services their teams are providing to the wider LCC community.

Please note: Teams operate on a weekly schedule — and IT and Accommodation start later in the term. Check availability before visiting.

Mondays: Technical Enquiries & Moodle Enquiries

  • 11am–1pm
  • 2–4pm

Tuesdays: Placements & Employability

  • 1.30-3.30pm

Wednesdays: Academic Support & Study Abroad

  • 10am–12pm
  • 1–5pm

Thursdays: IT Service Desk & Accommodation

IT and Accommodation teams will rotate on a weekly basis:

IT

  • Thursday 2 October, 9am–12pm and 1–5pm
  • Thursday 16 October, 9am–12pm and 1–5pm
  • Thursday 30 October, 9am–12pm and 1–5pm
  • Thursday 13 November, 9am–12pm and 1–5pm
  • Thursday 27 November, 9am–12pm and 1–5pm
  • Thursday 11 December, 9am–12pm and 1–5pm

Get support with IT issues and requests that are handled by the IT Service Desk and the wider Digital and Technology team, including:

  • Urgent IT system/service issues
  • Password reset problems
  • Reporting faults or incidents
  • Office 365 support
  • Multi-Factor Authentication
  • and more

Accommodation

  • Thursday 9 October, 9am–5pm
  • Thursday 23 October, 9am–5pm
  • Thursday 6 November, 9am–5pm
  • Thursday 20 November, 9am–5pm
  • Thursday 4 December, 9am–5pm

Get support regarding UAL halls of residence as well as private accommodation advice from UAL Accommodation services.

Fridays: Student Union

  • 10am–1pm
