As part of our ongoing commitment to investing in our current building and ensuring LCC spaces are inclusive and accessible to all, card readers have been installed on the wide access gate nearest to the front desk at the main entrance of the College.

Any student who would like to use the wide gate on a regular basis, such as wheelchair users or those with other access requirements, can now request that their ID card is set up with permissions to access the gate without needing to ask front desk team each time to open it.

To add the wide gate to your ID card permissions:

Students and guests to LCC who require ad-hoc use of the wide gate should still ask the front desk team to open it on arrival and departure.
