A new multi-faith room and a new wellbeing room are now available at London College of Communication for students, staff and visitors to use.

New multi-faith room

The new multi-faith room is located in room WG02, on the ground floor of the Workshop Block, opposite the ground floor level of the recently-installed upgraded Workshop Block lift.

Multi-faith rooms are available for students, staff and visitors for quiet reflection, prayer and meditation.

This new space replaces the existing multi-faith room, located adjacent to the Typo Café. Student feedback on this space was that sound from the Typo Café impacted their use of the space.

Washing facilities near the multi-faith room

The new multi-faith room has close access to a washing and shower facility (located opposite the older Workshop Block lift), meaning users can easily make use of this facility if required for their reflection, prayer or meditation.

New wellbeing room

The new wellbeing room is located in room W102, on the first floor of the Workshop Block, opposite the first floor level of the recently-installed upgraded Workshop Block lift.

Wellbeing rooms are available for students, staff and visitors to rest, nurse, express milk and to use for other health, wellbeing or disability-related reasons.

The new facilities are part of ongoing investment into the London College of Communication building, to ensure it continues to meet the needs of all students, staff and visitors.
