Creative leaders recognise emerging talent at UAL Creative Computing Institute Summer Festival
- Written byNiamh Ryan
From 25 to 27 June 2026, the UAL Creative Computing Institute (CCI) community came together to celebrate our talented undergraduate students. The CCI Summer Festival showcased a diverse range of work spanning critical inquiry, immersive experiences, entrepreneurship, material experimentation and social impact.
Each year, an invited panel of judges assesses student work across a number of categories, awarding projects that demonstrate exceptional skill, creativity and innovation. Judged by leading figures from across art, technology and industry, this year's awards recognised projects that exemplify the interdisciplinary culture of CCI.
CCI’s Director, Professor Lawrence Zeegen, said:
“This year's exhibition reflected not only the technical skill and creativity of our graduating cohort, but also their willingness to question, experiment and imagine new possibilities for technology and creative practice.
Recognition from practitioners and organisations shaping the future of art, technology and media, through our industry awards, is a testament to the exceptional quality of work produced by our students.”
