What does it mean to think like an entrepreneur in an ever-changing world of work?

In this workshop, we'll explore the mindset, skills and behaviours that can help you identify opportunities, adapt to change and take ownership of your professional journey. Whether you're interested in starting a business, working for yourself, developing a side project or building a portfolio career, an entrepreneurial mindset can help you navigate uncertainty with confidence.

We'll discuss the future of work and how careers are evolving, explore Carol Dweck's concept of the growth mindset, and reflect on how our beliefs about learning and success can influence the choices we make.

Through a series of practical activities, you'll audit your skills, strengths and experiences, identify areas for growth, and begin setting personal and professional goals that align with your ambitions.

Key takeaways:

  • A better understanding of entrepreneurial thinking and its value beyond business creation
  • Insights into emerging career trends and portfolio careers
  • Greater awareness of your skills, strengths and development areas
  • Practical tools for setting meaningful personal and professional goals
  • Increased confidence in taking your next steps

This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to take a more proactive, creative and entrepreneurial approach to shaping their future.
