Thinking Entrepreneurship Series: The Creative Compass

The Creative Compass Workshop is a fun, interactive workshop designed for creative students who are curious about entrepreneurship but don't yet have a business idea or aren't sure where to begin. 

Through a series of fast-paced activities, creative challenges, group discussions, and idea-generation exercises, you'll explore your personal values, strengths, interests, and motivations to uncover opportunities that feel authentic to you. 

This session will help you understand yourself better and identify the foundations that can spark a future venture, freelance path, side project, or career direction. 

You'll leave with the beginnings of your own Venture DNA: a clearer sense of what drives you, where your strengths lie, and how these might translate into future entrepreneurial opportunities.

Who is this for? 

• Creative students interested in self-employment, freelancing, or entrepreneurship 

• Students who have ideas but don't know where to start 

• Students who don't yet have a business idea but would like to explore the possibility 

• Anyone wanting to better understand their strengths, motivations, and future direction 

What You'll Learn

• Greater self-awareness of your values, strengths, interests, and motivations 

• Insight into how your personal qualities can inform career and entrepreneurial opportunities 

• Increased confidence and self-efficacy when exploring future possibilities

• Stronger listening, reflection, and peer feedback skills 

• Understanding of how to use feedback and learning to shape your next steps 

• An initial entrepreneurial direction or "Venture DNA" that can be developed further through LCF's Enterprise Programme

She is an accredited Business Coach and Senior Fellow. Her focus has been applying both her product and service development expertise along with strategic market analysis and positioning, supporting companies spot business opportunities.
