UAL alumni with an interest in creative sustainability are warmly invited to The Regenerative Exchange — an evening of conversation, connection, shared ideas and free drinks on 30 September at Anomalous Space, London.

This isn't an evening where you sit and listen to people talk about sustainability. You're invited into the conversation.

On arrival, you'll choose one of five hosted tables, each exploring sustainability through a different lens. Choose the question that draws you in, take a seat and join the exchange.

18:00–18:30 — Welcome Drinks
Arrive, grab a complimentary drink and meet fellow alumni, creatives and changemakers.

18:30–20:30 — The Regenerative Exchange
Opening remarks followed by hosted table conversations across IMAGINE → DESIGN → IMPLEMENT → ENGINEER → ADOPT.

20:30–21:00 — Closing Drinks & Networking
Continue the conversations over complimentary drinks and connect with people from across the tables.

Complimentary drinks will be served throughout the evening.

ABOUT THE EVENT

The Regenerative Exchange brings together practitioners across creative practice, industry, sustainability and science to explore five interconnected points at which change happens:

IMAGINE → DESIGN → IMPLEMENT → ENGINEER

IMAGINE — What futures do we need to imagine before we can create them?

DESIGN — How can we make sustainable futures not only responsible, but desirable?

IMPLEMENT — What happens when sustainability ambition meets commercial reality?

ENGINEER — What new materials, technologies and scientific possibilities could enable what comes next?

ADOPT — How do we turn sustainable innovation into behaviours and experiences people actually choose?

Each table is hosted by a practitioner who will open the conversation, share perspectives and invite the collective knowledge around the table.

Challenge an assumption. Share what you've learned. Hear from someone outside your discipline. Leave with an idea you didn't arrive with.

Whether sustainability is central to your work or you're simply curious about where your practice might intersect with it, there's a seat at the table for you.
