This free CPD workshop invites you to come and explore how to turn scrap metal destined for waste into pendants using upcycling principles.

You will be introduced to basic jewellery making techniques and learn new skills, whilst experimenting with different textures and patterns to transform scrap material into beautiful worn pieces.

By the end of the session, you will have created your own wearable pendant that you can take home, as well as built basic skills that you can practice in your own time.

This workshop is hosted by the CSM Outreach Team, and will be led by Bobby Sweet, whose work focuses on sustainability and the recycling of waste material to create wearable objects.

Please note that this workshop is only open to teachers, technicians and practitioners within our Outreach Partner Schools network. When signing-up, please use your work email address so we can confirm you as a partner.
