AoCA x LIN KAM ART link-up at Notting Hill Carnival 2026

Join us for a special Alumni of Colour Association gathering at Notting Hill Carnival 2026, hosted by Linett Kamala; President of the Alumni of Colour Association, artist, educator and Carnival Board Director.

A calm oasis at Carnival, the event is set in the LIN KAM ART Chill Spot, a new relaxed green space created by Linett. Whether you’re a Carnival regular or experiencing it for the first time, this secluded chill‑out area offers a peaceful pause from the parade.

Expect an accessible, inclusive and intergenerational space with nearby food stalls, toilets and water. It’s perfect for taking a breather, meeting new people and soaking up the atmosphere at your own pace.

Connect with fellow UAL creatives

This is our first AoCA meet‑up at Carnival, bringing together alumni from across UAL’s colleges, courses and cohorts. Come to reconnect, discover new creative peers or simply enjoy Carnival in good company. It’s a friendly, drop‑in space designed for conversation, creativity and community.

Dress code - Carnival vibes — colour, comfort and creativity encouraged. Perhaps take inspiration from the many traditional Caribbean masquerade characters!
