Exploring Service Futures through Design Sprints Webinar

Course description

This webinar led by Lucy Kimbell, Professor of Contemporary Design Practices and Director of the UAL Social Design Institute, will provide insights and perspectives on how to conduct ‘futures’ thinking within your business or organisation using design-led approaches. It draws upon insights and methods developed through a cross-disciplinary research project about AI readiness in professional services funded by the UKRI Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund in which the Social Design Institute was a partner.

This webinar is aimed at anyone employed in business and professional services seeking to find out how to employ design thinking and methods within their organisation, as well as design professionals seeking to support clients in exploring service futures.
