Learn practical, creative ways to develop your ideas into a screenplay on this engaging and collaborative course, Screenwriting for Beginners. Taught through a series of workshops, tutorials, screenings and group crits you will work on the tenets of story structure and find your own voice.
You will learn the simple tenets of story structure, understand how to develop characters with connection and how to follow those character’s stories through to satisfying conclusions.
By the end of the course you will have completed your own short screenplay, and understand that the most important decision is knowing what story you want to tell.

Beginner. You don't need any previous experience but you should have an interest in film as well as basic computer skills.
