Update on IT Services performance issues

We are aware that some of you might have experienced issues with some UAL IT services, including printing, Celcat (for timetables) and MySupport. Access to Office 365 services and Moodle are unaffected.
We know that the issue has been ongoing from Monday evening. Our technical teams have urgently been working to investigate and resolve it to avoid as much disruption as possible.
Please rest reassured that if this outage has impacted the hand-in of your work, your course team will be in touch with you directly.
We continue to monitor services and we will provide further updates as soon as possible.
