In partnership with Videotage, EcoFutures Digital Residency is an innovative 6-week programme designed to explore the intersection of digital media, environmental consciousness, and emotional expression in contemporary art.

Curated by Jessica Wan and Angel Leung, this interdisciplinary initiative will welcome 10-15 participants from diverse creative fields, including Design, Fine Art, Photography, Film, Digital Art and Curating from across UAL Colleges to collaborate.

The residency offers a unique mix of theoretical and practical learning, featuring carefully selected reading materials and hands-on workshops led by prominent artists such as Lee Kai Chung and archivist from the Asia Art Archive. Participants will contribute to a collaborative digital publication led by Videotage, working alongside industry professionals to explore themes of ecological grief and hope.
