This app is run by University of the Arts London (UAL) and it uses the CampusM application which has been built by ExLibris. This accessibility statement applies to the app iOS application and the Android application.

UAL is committed to making its app accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
This application is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- Some illogical heading structure are present. This fails WCAG success criterion 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (Level A).
- In the iOS version of app colour contrast combinations are present that pass minimum requirements, however, some present that do not pass the 4.5:1 minimum ratio. This partially fails 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) (level AA).
- Some pages are present that contain moving content. This fails WCAG success criterion 2.2.2 Pause, Stop, Hide (Level A).
- Links when live tile is configured for library integration were found to lack a description that provided enough content to screen reader users. This partially fails 2.4.4. Link Purpose (In Context) (Level A).
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
UAL is reviewing the provision of information for students and we will be retiring the MyUAL app in due course. As such, we will not be developing the app further.
