If you submit a scholarship application, we will email you by the following dates to let you know if you have been successful:

Course Start DateApplication DeadlineDecision

We are unable to accept late or incomplete applications.

Receiving payment

If your application is successful you will be sent an award letter via email and if you want to accept the scholarship you will be required to accept on your UAL Portal.

Please note that this scholarship award is a contribution towards tuition fees only – it does not cover accommodation, living expenses or other course costs. Your tuition fees will be raised directly to your fees account in the first year of your course.

For those studying part-time or extended full time courses where your scholarship award may be more than your Year 1 course fee, the surplus will be used towards your Year 2 fees.

Additional information

Scholarships are awarded by a UAL selection panel, who make their decision based on the evidence provided in your application.

If you have successful applications for more than one UAL award or scholarship, you must choose which of them you would like to receive, as you are only able to hold one at a time.

Please note that if you would like to be considered for the UAL International Postgraduate £7,000 Scholarship or UAL International Postgraduate £14,000 Scholarship you will need to submit separate applications for each scheme.
