The  BA Photography Technical Achievement award has been set up by BA Photography Course Director Duncan Wooldridge, and Photography Technical Coordinator, Richard Smith, to recognise the technical achievements of graduating BA Photography students.

The criteria for the award is the demonstration of independent exploration, discovery, analysis and curiosity of the processes they used for their work. This year’s prize winners are: Ruby Wroe, Giorgia Castiglioni and Oliver Newman all from BA Photography.

“To be awarded the Camberwell technical prize is a really valuable chance for me. It allows me to continue to use Camberwell’s facilities, meaning I can carry on developing my practice, which is greatly aided by the support and facilities that the University has to offer. It’s also lovely to be able to continue to be a part of the Camberwell community”- Ruby Wroe

The Prize Winners event, hosted by Camberwell’s Dean Nick Gorse, at Camberwell was held prior to the Undergraduate and MA Conservation Summer Show 2016  Private View.
