Representing Camberwell this year are Simon Taylor and Sarah Jarman, who graduated from BA 3D Design and MA Printmaking respectively.

Simon Taylor is a designer and maker based in Hackney, east London. As Two Makers he works with Andrew McDonald. Using traditional and modern methods of manufacturing the pair make bespoke high-end bicycle inspired furniture.

The Randonneur chair takes inspiration from both Modernist tubular steel furniture and classic hand-built racing bicycles manufactured by the master Constructeurs of the 1940s. Using bicycle geometries and traditional frame-building techniques, it is both a celebration of cycling and of bespoke British craftsmanship. The chair is handcrafted from Reynolds 631 steel alloy tubing, sustainable hardwood and saddle leather courtesy of Brooks England.
