Biography
Colin Priest is a London based architect, artist and educator.
As a Senior Lecturer, he teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate Interior and Spatial Design at Camberwell College of Arts. He was formerly Course Leader for BA Interior and Spatial Design at Chelsea College of Arts (April 2012-January 2020).
He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts, the recipient of UAL Teaching Awards in 2016 and 2019, co-founder of the Live Projects Network and steering group member for the Design for Common Good coalition. He has published widely on the subject of collaborative pedagogy and live project teaching in and outside the curriculum.
