YourTRIBE Southwark is located in South London and is close to the overground station Peckham Rye. With excellent bus and rail connections nearby, it’s easy to travel to London College of Communication in around 20 minutes, Camberwell College of Arts in under 30 minutes, and central London in approximately 35 minutes.
The residence offers contemporary ensuite rooms, with shared communal kitchens that are cleaned weekly. Residents also enjoy a range of added benefits, including free breakfast twice a week and complimentary hot drinks every morning. Facilities include a rooftop terrace, karaoke, gaming and cinema rooms, a gym, private dining room and shared study spaces.
YourTRIBE Southwark is close to green spaces, with both Southwark Park and Burgess Park within walking distance. The local area includes supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and the popular cinema Peckhamplex. It’s the perfect residence for students looking to make South London their home.
Please note, in order to be considered for YourTRIBE Southwark, you must be 18 years old or above at the beginning of the contract.

Prices and sizes 2025/26
- Partially Funded Room tenancy length: 38 weeks (option to extend over summer).
- Partially funded room pricing: £199 per week, £7,562 in total.
Please note that assessment for partially funded rooms for 2025/26 is now closed and all rooms have been allocated.
- Large room tenancy length: 51 weeks.
- Large room pricing: £319 (was £329) per week. The rent has been reduced and we will price match for any students who have already accepted at the previous rate.
Prices and sizes 2026/27
- Partially Funded Room tenancy length: 38 weeks (option to extend over summer).
- Partially funded room pricing: £204 per week, £7,752 in total.
