As part of our ongoing works to maintain and enhance the current LCC building, we are installing a new lift in the Workshop Block at LCC.
Student IT support now available at LCC Information Centre

Students can now access in-person IT support at LCC’s Information Centre.
Students can access in-person support with the following issues:
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Password resets
- Wi-Fi
- Emails
- Calendar
- UAL App
Any other enquiries (including issues regarding ORB, Celcat and Assistive Technology) should be raised through UAL IT Support.
IT support will be available in the Information Centre Mondays to Fridays, 9am-12pm and 1-4pm.
