Student societies and communities
Student societies offer an easy way to meet people, make friends and feel part of a community alongside your studies. Alongside creative and course-based groups, there are also societies and activities focused on culture, heritage and faith.
Run by students, for students, the Arts Students' Union (Arts SU) is an independent, member-led organisation which you’re automatically enrolled into as a UAL student. With over 40 societies and 17 sports clubs to join, Arts SU can help you find your community.
