Biography

Marie-Louise has more than 12 years of experience in the fashion industry. She has worked in fashion buying and merchandising across luxury and high street retail. Marie-Louise has a deep understanding of the commercial and creative sectors. Using this experience, she supports knowledge exchange projects that connect industry and research.

Marie-Louise specialises in supporting the management of research and contract-based projects. This includes consultancy, funding streams and income-generating activities. She oversees project delivery to make sure work is completed on time, within budget and in line with organisational and funder requirements.

Project planning, financial forecasting and performance reporting are strong skills of Marie-Louise. She uses data to monitor progress, improve efficiency and support informed decision-making.
