This year’s graduation ceremonies took place from 16-19 July at Royal Festival Hall, featuring our largest number of graduates to date. Graduates from the London Contemporary Dance School also joined one of CSM’s ceremonies.
The auspicious events were embellished with selected student artwork displayed on the auditorium’s screens, alongside specially commissioned graduation films (featuring students from our Colleges and Institutes) and inspiring speeches from our 12 honoraries and student speakers.

A key part of each ceremony are the graduate speeches, given by students who had been nominated by their College.
This year’s student speakers were:
- Camberwell: Sarita Acosta Vargas and Lola Komolafe
- Chelsea: Carter Tam
- CSM: Aaron Reid, Alex Free and Samia Kanaan
- LCC: Mert Yildiz, Nicole Eberl, Polina Predoeva and Daniel Jimenez
- LCF: Cecilie Christensen, Yeu An Quach and Sameen Ayub
- Wimbledon: Charmiane-Mayibongwe Chikiwa

Clive Myrie makes his Graduation debut as Chancellor
Although only a few months into his new role as Chancellor, Clive Myrie was keen to attend the ceremonies and congratulate the class of 2024.
