UAL’s Professional Mentoring Scheme is currently open for applications for new mentors. It's a chance to share your creative experience and help a student take their first steps into making a living doing what they love.

Requirements

To join our pool of talented and dynamic industry creatives, you must have at least 3 years of experience in your industry. You must attend a one-off mentor training session, and be available to offer monthly mentoring sessions over a 6 month period.

The compulsory training session will take place on Monday 26 April, so please apply before this date.

We are particularly seeking mentors with 3 years of industry experience in:

  • AI / Computational Arts
  • Animation
  • Costume Design
  • Creative Direction
  • Film / Moving image
  • Fine Art  (2D and 3D)
  • Games Design
  • Graphic Design
  • Illustration
  • Interior and Spatial Design
  • Jewellery
  • Photography
  • Sound Art
  • Stage & Set Design
  • Television
  • Textiles and knitwear

Please note: all our mentoring is currently running online, during the pandemic.
