A new home for LCC

Our current 1950s building has served generations well, but today’s creative technologies need flexible, modern spaces.

In September 2027, London College of Communication (LCC) will open a purpose‑built campus designed for the future.

Continue reading to discover:

  • more about the facilities of the new LCC building and how we'll support our students
  • how your donation towards this appeal could help nurture emerging talent and strengthen London’s creative community.

The new LCC building

The new LCC building is our commitment to giving students the environment and experience they need to be the creative leaders of tomorrow.

The new campus will support 60+ courses and 5,000 students, with film, TV and VR studios, a cinema, darkrooms and high‑spec technical facilities. It will be a place of incredible possibilities which will:

  • unlock creative potential
  • harness the opportunities that new technology offers
  • ensure there is always a next generation ready to tell the stories of the future.

Meet  Tee

Coming from a background where opportunities like this are rare, [my scholarship] reminded me that my story, my work, and my future matter.

A scholarship transformed Tee’s final year at LCC — lifting financial pressure and allowing him to focus on his work, invest in essential resources and take up opportunities he would otherwise have missed.

Tee created SOMOS, a social‑justice ad film advocating for the recognition of “Latino” as a distinct ethnic identity in the UK Census. He graduated with first‑class honours in 2025.

Your gift could help a student like Tee find their voice, confidence and place in the creative world.

Support the future of London’s creative community

Built by generations

For more than 130 years, LCC has opened doors for people from every background, giving them the skills to shape culture and society.

Innovation is our tradition

From letterpress to lithography, from film to digital media, LCC has always evolved with the creative industries it serves.

Reinvention for the future

Each iteration from St Bride's Bolt Court through to London College of Communication marks a moment of transformation, proof that reinvention is part of who we are.

Invest in LCC's future

Donate now to continue a tradition started by workers who believed in investing in the next generation.
