Suzi Brennan

Suzi is a senior finance executive with more than 30 years experience in strategy, financial management and transformation, working across sectors including education, media and publishing. She was Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Pearson plc until 2021, managing multi national teams covering audit, tax and external reporting . Prior to that, she held senior roles in Clear Channel Outdoor advertising and Penguin Random House publishing company, following her qualification as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte.

Suzi is an experienced Non Executive Director, working across several charities in education and the arts. At the Royal Ballet School, Suzi is vice chair and chair of the finance, audit and risk committee, as well as being a member of the estates committee. She also chairs the Audit and Risk committee at BAFTA and is a member of this committee at Cambridge University.
