Biography

Andy is an artist and curator with over two decades of experience at UAL, starting as an associate lecturer then later becoming Course Leader for MA Arts and Cultural Enterprise at Central Saint Martins.

His academic work spans course development, validation, and sector-wide quality assurance, alongside in-curriculum collaborations with institutions such as The Foundling Museum and Paintings in Hospitals.

Andy has served as an External Examiner and advisor across the higher education sector and currently supervises PhD research at UAL. He leads an international partnership for MA Arts and Cultural Enterprise with HKU SPACE, Hong Kong, and convenes a Community of Practice at CSM focused on creative practices of care.

Committed to inclusive and socially engaged education, Andy brings academic insight and strategic awareness to governance, supporting UAL’s 5 strategic pillars.
