Course overview
This high-energy, interactive course is designed to uncover the essential ingredients of effective writing and speaking. From writing with impact, to speaking so people want to listen; you will acquire an understanding of how to craft and deliver messages that are appealing, concise and clearly structured.
During the course, you will practice creating presence and authority, sharpening your listening skills and dealing with complexity with composure. From technical aspects of language, structure, speed, tone and volume to the emotional aspects of passion and fear, this practical course will also reveal the fundamentals of creating curiosity and telling a good story.
It is important, during delivery, that we are able to read and respond to the mood in the room. The course will unveil how to do this and ensure people stay engaged. Students will gain an understanding of how to navigate challenging questions, how to create opportunities for interaction and the one key condition to ensuring practice actually produces results.
This course is available both on campus or online.

Seema Aggarwal has a deep understanding of communication, both written and spoken. Her extensive career in advertising and communication has been centered on how to create and deliver messages with impact. She was instrumental in launching and growing the digital arm of businesses in the media and entertainment sector; including publisher of special reports Raconteur and Disney Theatrical Group. She also has over a decade of experience working specifically with voice through her various experiences as a voice coach, voice over artist, radio trainer and public speaker.
