I would definitely encourage people to choose UAL because compared to other universities, UAL actually focuses on qualitative work which will certainly be useful in the future.

What course did you study on and why did you choose it?

I attended the journalism course as I did not have any prior education in journalism and wanted to make a career in media.

What did you enjoy most about your course?

I enjoyed learning from an amazing teaching staff and the opportunity to interact with various students from different cultures and nationalities.

How has this course benefitted your career and personal development?

It has certainly made me a more confident and self aware person. Also in terms of my career, I have gained knowledge about various tools which have helped me to perform better in my job.

Why did you choose London?

I had visited London before and I instantly connected with the vibe, culture and people of the city. That's why I wanted to do a summer course there.

What would you say to someone thinking about studying abroad at UAL?

I would definitely encourage people to choose UAL because compared to other universities, UAL actually focuses on qualitative work which will certainly be useful in the future.

Tell us about what you created while you were here?

The whole class collectively produced a zine which included original pieces of work which we had done in the classroom. I also created a website which had original content on various subjects and a short video as well.

Constructive, enjoyable and memorable.

Anything else to add?

If I get an opportunity I would love to study at UAL again.
