Due to the current health crisis all planned physical activities at UAL have been cancelled  and Post-Grad Community is now connecting online. Lauren Junestrand wants to make you aware of how you can start or keep up some sustainable clothing habits despite confinment.

Hi everyone! My name is Lauren, I am a London College of Fashion PhD student researching on sustainable fashion consumption, with a specific focus on second-hand consumption practices. I am currently in Madrid (Spain), one of the cities that has been most affected by Covid-19 worldwide. I host the Post-Graduate Community interest group CLOOP PROJECTS, that aims to create sustainable fashion education for change. I though this would be a very good opportunity to share with you how to be a sustainable consumer whilst staying at home. Take this time to do all those things that you have never had time for before: repair your garments, organise your wardrobe and educate yourself!
