Funding for creative talent at UAL
Agnes is among hundreds of UAL students realising their creative potential thanks to funding.
Agnes Kiss is an MA Strategic Fashion Marketing student at London College of Fashion. Her latest project is a social platform which encourages consumers to be more aware of their ecological footprint and their impact on the environment when they are clothes shopping.
The focus on opportunities and experiences to help career development is a highly valuable aspect of the course for Agnes. “The best thing about my course is that we are able to learn from experienced professionals. They provide useful and practical information so we can get an insight into the industry.”
Agnes found out about the UAL Vice-Chancellor’s Postgraduate Scholarship through the UAL website, which was the influencing factor in applying for an MA course and has made a big difference to her life as a student. “I think it’s a great opportunity for an international student to have financial support from the university. It enables me to focus on my career and my professional development.”
