J&J Bursaries
Eligibility
To be eligible for the J&J Bursaries students must be:
- Enrolled in the first year of full-time BA Jewellery Design course at Central Saint Martins, UAL in September 2025 and
- Progressing to the second year of study on the full-time BA Jewellery Design course at Central Saint Martins in September 2026
About
The J&J Bursaries were established to provide vital financial support to BA Jewellery Design students at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, on the second year of their course.
The bursary will be assessed on the basis of financial need and academic merit. At the panel’s discretion, one bursary of £4,000 may be split into two bursaries of £2,000.
Applications are welcome from those who are in financial hardship and those who will benefit from undergraduate studies to realise their full potential.
The selected students will be those who are experiencing financial hardship and demonstrate outstanding academic ability.

Applications for this scholarship must be made by filling in an online application form. More information provided in the guidance notes:
Closing date: 11pm (UK Time) Monday, 18 May 2026.
Panel interview will be scheduled for 1 June 2026. Details will be communicated to shortlisted students.
Receiving payment
The bursaries will provide a contribution towards course costs and living expenses.
Living expenses and course cost payments will be paid in termly instalments to the award recipients from the start of the 2026-2027 academic year via BACS.
Only students who have progressed to year 2 for September 2026 will receive scholarship payments.
