J&J Bursaries
Eligibility
To be eligible for the J&J Bursaries students must be:
- currently enrolled in the first year of full-time BA Jewellery Design course at Central Saint Martins, UAL and
- progressing to the second year of study on the full-time BA Jewellery Design course at Central Saint Martins in September 2023.
About
The J&J Bursaries were established to provide vital financial support to BA Jewellery Design students at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, on the second year of their course.
The bursary will be assessed on the basis of financial need and academic merit. At the panel’s discretion, one Bursary of £3,000 may be split into two Bursaries of £1,500.
Applications are welcome from those who are in financial hardship and those who will benefit from undergraduate studies to realise their full potential.
The selected students will be those who are experiencing financial hardship and demonstrate outstanding academic ability.

Closing date: Wednesday 31 May 2023
The panel will be scheduled for early June 2023. The date will be communicated to shortlisted students.
Receiving payment
The bursaries will provide a contribution towards course costs and living expenses.
Living expense and course costs payments will be paid in termly instalments to the award recipients from the start of the 2023-2024 academic year via BACS.
