Upcoming fully funded PhD studentships

Details for AHRC Landscape Awards and UAL Studentship Awards will be available in spring 2027.

These awards are available only to new applicants and not to currently enrolled PhD students.

  • AHRC Landscape Awards cover a fully funded full time PhD for 3.5 years. For longer partner engagement, funding may be extended for up to 4 years of full time study.
  • UAL Studentship Awards cover a fully funded full time PhD for 3 years.

Both awards cover Home (UK) fees and a tax free stipend at the UKRI rate. International students are required to pay the difference between the Home and Overseas fee rate.
