Want to hire a creative specialist who can bring fresh thinking to your company? Then head to the University of the Arts London’s Careers and Employability Fair on Wednesday 22 October 2025 at Central Saint Martins!

Meet the next generation of creative talent at our annual Career Fair featuring students and graduates from UAL’s six renowned Colleges. UAL is the top-ranked institution globally offering undergraduate (bachelor's) degrees in Art & Design and overall ranks second in the world for Art and Design in the QS World University Rankings.

Applications for our 2026 Careers Fair are open now. We have over 23,000 creative students shaping cultural life in London - studying art, design, fashion, communications, media and performance.

Buried in CVs and short on time to recruit? The Career Fair is your chance to meet our thriving creative community face to face.

Our students and graduates are looking for:

  • flexible work whilst they study or alongside their creative practice
  • internships and placements in a creative field
  • permanent and graduate-level roles after they finish
  • creative charities, communities and organisations to support their career progression.

Employers can host a stand or offer one-to-one CV or portfolio advice — full details and how to apply are in our employer pack. Employers selected for the fair also get a free upgrade on a job posting on our Creative Opportunities Jobs Board, usually worth £216.

Hosted by UAL's Careers and Employability team, the fair is the perfect place to mingle with our talent, show them how you hire, and discover all the employment pathways your company can offer.

If you have multiple vacances on offer, why not use our jobs board? The Creative Opportunities Jobs Board is the go-to hub for art, design, communications and performance graduates. Sign up now and you will have access to thousands of our student and graduate jobseekers.
