Freelance Week is hosted by Careers and Employability. It’s perfect if you're considering freelancing as a career option or are interested in further developing your freelance portfolio and career. Get advice directly from industry experts and skilled freelancers on their experiences and resources to support your freelance journey.
The programme
Freelance week will return in the summer term of 2024. Last year Freelance Week covered a range of key topics, including:
- Career development workshops
- marketing yourself as a freelancer,
- intellectual property insights for freelancers
- pricing and knowing your value
- freelance career wellbeing
- panel discussions,
- networking and more!
As well as freelance career discussion one-to-ones.

Freelance Week is open to students and graduates from all UAL Colleges and events will take place online and in-person.
