Personal data from individuals with an active ArtsTemps placement or active application will be processed under GDPR legal basis Art.6(1)(a) ‘contract’ in order to enter into, support and manage your agreement with us and support your placement and payment in the role. Health data related to reasonable adjustments will be collected and processed under GDPR Art.6(1)(c) ‘legal obligation’ and Art.9(2)(b) ‘necessary for the carrying out of obligations under employment law’. This data will be processed by ITS Software Systems Ltd (‘Eploy’ recruitment software) and Phase 3 Consulting Ltd (payroll) for UAL ArtsTemps Ltd, shared with the relevant end client to establish and support you in your role and retained for 6 years after your contract end date.
