SPRING is the new launching pad to future success within LVMH!
During the programme, you will rotate across three different missions of 10 months each with 3 different Maisons, either in France or Italy. You will be able to choose your missions from a variety of positions within retail and sales, operations and supply chain, product and brand and strategy. During the month of July, you will be sent abroad, in China and the US, to learn more about these key markets and attend specially designed workshops teaching you the fundamentals of leadership and management. You will also be assigned a strategic business case to work on, that you will have to present to Senior Group Executives.
Along the journey, you will have valuable support to count on: an inspiring mentor, a manager for each of your adventures, a committed HR community and a SPRING dedicated team.
Applications are open until 12 March to all Masters students, graduating by June 2020, or with a maximum of two years work experience after graduating, able to work in Europe without needing VISA sponsorship. Applications are welcome from people who have lived abroad for at least 6 months, and who speak English at business fluency level. Any other language is a plus!
