We are excited to be launching a new intensive course in Apple Development.

This week-long Apple development intensive course will give participants a working knowledge of Swift, the primary language for developing on the range of Apple platforms - from iOS to macOS to the brand new Vision Pro spatial computing headset.

The intensive will consist of five days of teaching and workshops. Participants will learn how to code in Swift and how to use that knowledge to build apps. Machine learning and Augmented reality will also be explored.

Why should I apply?

This is a unique opportunity for UAL students to learn about to develop for Apple platforms.

The workshop is beginner friendly— you do not need any coding skills to take part. It will benefit any UAL student who is curious about making apps and anyone interested in applying to the UAL Diploma in Apple Development (sandwich year between 2nd and 3rd year) at UAL CCI.

Where will the course take place?

This intensive will be delivered at UAL Creative Computing Institute, 45-65 Peckham Rd,  SE5 8UF London (nearest station: Peckham Rye).

Is there a fee?

No, this course it free to all UAL students.

What materials will I need?

Students will need an Apple M1 laptop or better and an iPhone.

If you don’t have an Apple laptop or an iPhone, please let us know on the application form.

Who can apply?

UAL students from all disciplines, both from undergraduate and postgraduate courses are welcome to apply. There are 24 spaces available for this course.
