Euromonitor Passport login problem for new users *Resolved*

Unfortunately over the last week  there has been a problem with new (unregistered) users gaining access to Euromonitor Passport via the Shibboleth link that is on the Databases A-Z List: https://www.portal.euromonitor.com/Portal/protected.aspx?entityID=https://idp.arts.ac.uk/entity

This was reported to our supplier as soon as we were aware but it is taking their developers quite some time to get this problem fixed. However, we have received confirmation from their Tech Support that, in the meantime, if a new user wants to use Euromonitor on-campus, they can do so by registering their details via the IP portal login: https://www.portal.euromonitor.com/portal/account/login

The only thing to bear in mind is that, once the Shibboleth login is restored, you will need to re-register via this route.  There shouldn’t be a problem with duplicate accounts.
